**Job Summary**:
The Vice President of Marketing and Demand Generation will be responsible for developing and leading the execution of our marketing organization to generate demand for our digital banking platform, increase the awareness and visibility of Access Softek and our solutions, increase qualified leads for our sales organization, and ultimately drive growth of sales and new clients.
You will plan, organize, and manage strategic marketing functions including demand generation, lead qualification, campaign development, content marketing, brand messaging, creation of sales and marketing assets, PR activities, and Website presence. Additional responsibilities include client conference planning, webinar planning, and tradeshow presence & planning.
Reporting to the COO with significant interaction with the CEO, you will be a key member of the leadership team responsible for growing the company. As a key member of the leadership team, you will help ensure that the vision, strategy and plans for the marketing organization aligns with those of the company and our sales organization. You will be a performance-driven, highly analytical marketing executive who is comfortable taking initiative, collaborating across the organization, being flexible and creative, and operating at a fast pace.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop a strategy and plan, then execute, an effective, end-to-end demand generation and lead qualification program, including campaign management, metrics and reporting
- Partner with the Sales to conduct specific marketing campaigns, develop sales collateral and assets, and support the sales process
- Utilize AI and HubSpot capabilities to automate and scale demand generation activities
- Leverage AI tools to create content relevant to prospects, consultants, and current clients
- Manage trade show participation
- Manage the planning and execution of our annual client conference
- Develop and drive an effective social media marketing strategy for our market
- Manage the company’s PR activities and firm
- Work with COO to understand and improve company position with Industry Analysts
- Manage Partner / Reseller Marketing activities as they are developed

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA with a focus in marketing a plus)
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in B2B marketing
- 5+ years of managing a marketing team
- A verifiable track record of implementing successful demand generation and lead qualification programs
- Demonstrated success at effective marketing communications
- Strong analytical skills
- A metrics-driven orientation
- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot’s marketing automation capabilities
- Experience with social media marketing tools and strategies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
