1.Learn the company’s equipment and analyze the technical skills required by operators.

2.Develop and maintain technical training content and deliverables.

3.Create training modules for equipment/machinery processes and maintains all training records.

4.Create and develop a robust on the job equipment training program for new hires and administer written and practical exams to evaluate new hire performance.

6.Assess training needs and certification requirements.

7.Administer Learning management system (LMS) tasks such as schedule sessions, register participants and ensure completion of programs by participants.

8.Mentor technicians by motivating, providing guidance and directions to help them achieve their goals.

9.Provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance.

10.Actively involved in developing continuous improvement plans.

11.Acts as the interface between engineering, quality, production, and the HR department to develop and implement training programs as per project plans.

12. Supply fair, honest and consistent feedback to production employees. For positive reinforcement, and two-way communication - document for future performance appraisal and succession planning.

14. Actively participate in business related initiatives and support the team spirit.

15. Track and report out on employee daily attendance. Ensure system accuracy for timely payroll logging.

16. Daily routine maintenance and safety of the plant (e.g./house cleaning, ensure workstations are neat, clean and safe to work, shutdown/lock up procedures are followed).

17. Responsible for the safety and wellbeing of all personnel on the shift and ensure that all work is performed in a safe manner in accordance with all Health & Safety Regulations.

18. Compile daily reports in a business center format and report out on performance measurables.

19. Conduct daily production meetings and update staff on production demands, quality statistics and safety concerns.

20.Debug PLC/Robot/HMI program to improve existing automated process.

21.Should be open to working Tuesday to Saturday and different shifts as per requirement.

**Other minimum requirements**

**Technical**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with technical training delivery
- Experience with instructional design tools
- High level of PLC/Robot troubleshooting (programming experience a plus) with strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
- Experience in ABB teaching

- Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation), with the ability to communicate effectively both with employees and external industry groups.
