Applicant must be willing to do a 1 week trial intern phase to see if they are a fit in our culture and show the right attitude and characteristics as well as technical aptitude to become a part of the team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Execute our member retention process for lead generation, follow up, and membership enrollment
- Be able to prescibe exercise routine which ties in to membership sales.
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of our studio as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present available services and products to our current members
- Participate in special events to promote our studio
- Assumes responsibility for developing and improving selling & enrollment skills
- Other duties as assigned
- Maintain a high level of technique training
- Explaining, demonstrating and correcting proper technique in the studio to be able to minimize injury
- Attending mandatory instructor training sessions when issued
- Studio Upkeep and Cleaning of the facility
- Must be high energy.
- Must not be selfish or self-centered and have a high degree of compassion.
- Must be a team player
- Must always hold higher expectations of oneself than that of others.
- Must be responsible, reliable and punctual.
- Must understand that this is a business and in order to help people and provide for all employees, it must be profitable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

**Salary**: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evenings
- Morning shift
- On call

Work Location: One location
