The Technical Trainer, Heavy Equipment will provide valuable support to our Technicians and our Customers through top technical expertise on our Caterpillar Product Line, in addition to developing and delivering industry leading technical training for Heavy Equipment.

**In a typical day, YOU will**:

- Train both Toromont technicians and our customers' mechanics
- Deliver classroom, shop and video conference training on Caterpillar equipment. The trainer can reside anywhere within the Toromont territory and must travel regularly to our branch locations and customer worksites. Between assignments, the trainer can work from the nearest branch or from their residence if it is suitable for office work
- Develop training content according to established Caterpillar standards, participate in the analysis of training needs and contribute to the maintenance of training equipment

- Toromont Technical Trainers are ambassadors of good practices and therefore must behave in an exemplary manner, particularly in terms of customer relations and Health and Safety at work
