This position offers a bit of it all. We are looking for someone who is able to take charge to get a project done, can offer ideas and suggestions and is a team member not just an employee.

You will be directly involved in a variety of projects and tasks, doing things like:

- Providing clients with an exemplary experience
- Tax/ expense preparations
- Help plan customer appreciation events
- Quality Check Paperwork
- Assistance with Social Media
- Prepare newsletters
- Assist with the arranging of professionals for listings
- Update and maintain database (CRM)
- Manage calendars
- Obtaining feedback on all showings for listings

**Critical Information**
- This is a part-time position offering 25-30hrs a week and can turn into full time in the future.
- Combination of in office & remote working can be negotiated (i.e. mornings only, Monday, Wednesday Thursdays etc.)
- Days and Hours can be flexible, mandatory Mondays in office
- You need to ensure that you are legally authorized to work in Canada
- Future opportunity to become a licensed Realtor at no cost to you
