**Who We Are**:

Connect Marketing is the top event marketing company in Hamilton (Stoney Creek) - producing tribute concerts for top-selling artists like Abba, Supertramp, The Eagles, and more. Our team of Call Center/Telesales agents will be sales-oriented people who are empathic as well as results orientated. Training on site.

We are looking for high energy individual who can connect with others, has compassion and wants to support great charities. If you have the ability and motivation to be prepared to work on telephone everyday and having previous cold calling/telemarketing experience with good keyboarding skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills, we are looking for you.

**Qualifications**:

- No experience required although outbound experience appreciated.
- Excellent communication skills (particularly over the phone)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Well-organized and efficient with time
- Competitive, assertive, and unafraid to pick up the phone
- Demonstrates superior active listening skills
- Motivated by closing deals and exceeding sales targets

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiating telephonic contact with existing and prospective clients in order to generate sales
- Completes orders by recording information and purchases
- Meeting sales targets
- Using scripts to provide information about the event, the features and prices of each event
- Prior experience in a telemarketing environment will be considered an asset
- Contact past due customers by phone, request payment & negotiate appropriate payment arrangements, within authorized limits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, ability to work afternoons and early evening plus Saturdays, Bonus Permanent
