About the Role:
We're hiring a **Part-Time Marketing Lead** to lead our marketing efforts with strategy and execution. You’ll spend part of your time on-site capturing compelling visuals, and the rest translating that into engaging content and campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

- **On-Site Photography + Videography**:
Visit our job sites weekly to capture photos and short videos of ongoing work, project milestones, and team culture.
- **Social Media Management**:
Plan, create, and post content across our social channels (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn). Monitor engagement and build our online brand.
- **Internal Marketing**:
Support recruitment with job ads and behind-the-scenes culture content. Develop internal communications like newsletters or recognition posts.
- **Content Creation**:
Turn raw media into polished posts, reels, and stories using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
- **Website & Brand Updates**:
Keep our site fresh with project updates and visual improvements that reflect our growing portfolio.
- **Strategy & Reporting**:
Help shape our marketing direction. Track what’s working, suggest new ideas, and keep our presence aligned with our values.

What You Bring:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand storytelling
- Photography and video skills (even smartphone-based is fine — composition and consistency matter most)
- Experience with content tools (Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, etc.)
- Great communication and time management
- Bonus: Familiarity with the construction or trades world
