**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor sales inquiries in real time using Abell’s CRM and ensure Abell team members are following strict processes and guidelines to maximize sales conversion. Our goal is to increase our performance in this area by 28% in year 1, having a major impact on our company’s performance.
- Follow-up on individuals and teams who are non-complaint and provide performance reporting.
- Coordination and management of all aspects of the contractor prequalification process; Gathering of information to ensure Abell compliance with client’s health and safety expectations.
- Sourcing Abell staff safety training, questionnaires, certifications, manuals, policies, insurance and human resources documentation.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Experience working with B2B sales teams.
- Experience with contractor prequalification systems would be an asset.
- A background following up on compliance concerns with teams and individuals to ensure high performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, with advanced Excel skills.
- French written and verbal communications is an asset.
