Part-time Administrative Assistant required at a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation clinic located in the downtown core of Toronto.

Applicants must be available to start immediately and continue working on:

- Monday 8am to 5pm

Job duties are primarily administrative, but also include assisting the therapists and clinic tidiness.

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Booking patient appointments
- Processing payments
- Having patients fill out paperwork and directing them within the clinic
- Submitting claims with private insurance companies, auto insurance companies, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board
- Scanning documents, filing patient records, and sending faxes
- Preparing treatment rooms for patients by cleaning and organizing the treatment area and equipment
- End of day clean up and weekly tidying duties
- Completing written and excel spreadsheet reports

This position is ideal for those who are interested in becoming healthcare professionals in the future (physiotherapy, chiropractic, occupational therapy, medicine), but no experience is necessary.

Attention to detail, professionalism, and strong communication skills are essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
