The Physiotherapy/Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting clinic operations by assisting with both administrative and clinical tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Patient Scheduling & Management:

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Manage patient intake, ensuring accurate collection of personal and medical information.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries over the phone.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and provide receipts.
- Process insurance claims and verify coverage.
- Draft and submit invoices for WSIB patients.
- Complete all necessary steps for MVA patient processing.
- Follow up with patients regarding their interest in purchasing medical products.
- Monitor office supply inventory and notify the Front Desk Manager when replenishment is required.

PTA Support (as needed):

- Assist physiotherapists with patient care, including preparing treatment areas, setting up equipment, and assisting with exercises.
- Perform laundry duties as required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
- Customer service experience and PTA experience required.
- Familiarity with the Jane app is an advantage.

Additional Information:

- This position requires availability on Saturdays.
- The schedule is fixed:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday with 5-hour shifts on each of these days.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
