**Physiotherapy Assistant - Bay and College Physiotherapy and Rehab**

We are a fast-paced physiotherapy clinic looking for a highly organized, reliable, and energetic Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team. As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting clinical operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic. We are looking for someone who is proactive, can think on their feet, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare treatment areas and set up necessary equipment to ensure physiotherapists can begin their treatments efficiently and effectively.
- Assist physiotherapists with patient care, including helping patients with exercises, treatments, and modalities as directed by the physiotherapist.
- Provide assistance during manual therapy or modalities as required under the guidance of the physiotherapists.
- Ensure the timely cleaning and sterilization of equipment, treatment areas, and other clinic spaces to maintain a hygienic and safe environment.
- Perform laundry duties as required to support clinic operations, ensuring that towels, sheets, and other materials are properly cleaned and available for use.
- Assist in maintaining an organized, welcoming, and clean clinic environment that meets all safety and regulatory standards.
- Assist with clinic inventory management by notifying the team of any low supplies or equipment needs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
- Experience as a Physiotherapy Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Jane app is a plus, but willingness to learn new software is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for helping others and contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role, demonstrating a proactive approach to taking on new tasks and responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:
