Dental Assistant - Certified (Aurora, ON)
We are currently seeking a certified dental assistant to join our friendly and professional dental clinic in Aurora. The position is primarily chairside assisting, but we are looking for someone who also has the capability to support front desk/reception duties when needed (not simultaneously).
Key Responsibilities:
- Chairside assisting during dental procedures
- Sterilization and operatory preparation
- Patient charting and communication
- Ability to assist with front desk tasks such as booking appointments, answering phones, and managing patient flow when required
Qualifications:
- Certified Dental Assistant with HARP certification
- Familiarity with dental software and patient management systems
- Experience or comfort with reception duties is an asset
- Knowledge of _The Fund_ (dental insurance system) is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
