Inside Sales Representative

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and grow sales with existing wholesale customers and new prospects
- Manage relationships with bulk buyers, retail accounts, and private label clients
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients
- Prepare and present product offerings, pricing, and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders in CRM
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in wholesale food trade, preferably frozen produce
- Strong knowledge of organic and conventional frozen fruits and vegetables
- Experience working with bulk buyers, retail accounts, and private label programs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
