**Job description**
We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative, Administrative Support to add to our Customer Service team. This role will provide administrative support to our Client Support agents.

**Duties will include**:

- Assign cancellations to Customer Service Representatives through AIM
- Assist with filing duties and indexing documents
- Mail letters and cheques
- Update system and notes
- Assist with some transactions in AIM
- Other duties as required

**Knowledge/Experience/Skills**:

- Post-secondary education
- Administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
