$16 -18

Purpose:
Baskits is looking for a _superstar_ Customer Care Representative to join our passionate and growing team. You will directly assist customers in person and online, process transactions, merchandise our Baskits in a neat and inviting manner and play a vital role in making the customer experience a positive one

Duties and Responsibilities:
**Order Entry**
- Process web orders in a timely manner
- Resolve order concern prior to processing the order by either reaching out to the customer or escalating to the Customer Service Manager
- Creating and editing customer accounts
- Meeting and exceed weekly target goals

**Customer Service**
- Provide world-class service by connecting with customers by actively listening, asking the right questions and offering the best possible solution
- Provide timely resolutions to customer inquires
- Keep current with the company products

**Retail**
- Greeting customers; assisting with in person sales, helping a customer find what they are looking for
- Following up with pick up orders (Within 24h)
- Maintaining up keep of store

**Extra duties + responsibilities**
- Morning Huddle (Interact with team members)
- Other tasks and administrative duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

- Completion of post-secondary education.
- 2 or more years of retail sales or customer service experience.
- Attention to detail, typing and spelling skills.
- Highly personable with strong communication (written and oral) and professional telephone skills.
- Thrive in managing the day-to-day retail, customer service operation, and high paced environment.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize

Additionally:

- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
