Customer Service Representative

**Location**:
In-person at our Head Office (74 Railside Road, Toronto, M3A 1A3)

Purpose:
Baskits Inc. is looking for Customer Service Representative to immediately join our passionate and growing team. In this role, you will assist customers both at our call center and retail location at our Head Office, processing orders, answering phone inquiries, and managing customer accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
**Your responsibilities will include**:
**Order Entry**:

- Open and maintain customer records/accounts by recording and updating information in our ERP system.
- Resolving order concerns prior to processing the order by either reaching out to the customer or escalating to the Customer Service Manager.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly target goals.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide prompt and professional customer service over the phone and/or in person.
- Attract potential customers by answering product/service questions and suggesting specific products appropriate to the circumstance.
- Provide timely resolutions to customer inquires.
- Receive and incorporate positive or constructive feedback to improve personal and business performance.
- Work with and provide administrative support to other employees, as required.

**Retail**:

- Greeting customers, assisting with in person sales, helping customers find what they are looking for.
- Following up with pick up orders (within 24h).
- Maintaining up-keep of store.
- Answer product/service questions and suggesting specific products appropriate to the circumstance.
- Maintain proper inventory levels.

Qualifications:

- Atleast 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Highly personable team player with strong verbal and written communications skills;
- Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills;
- Well-organized with the ability to prioritize, and work in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment with changing priorities; and,
- Relevant post-secondary education preferred.

Additionally:

- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
