Job Description

Receive and distribute mail

Check process - includes opening check documents, distribution, and bookkeeping of checks

Hospitality - greeting visitors, signing in guests

Phone communication

Qualifications

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Great organization skills

Ability to consistently meet deadlines

Ability to life 50 lbs.
