Go Auto is currently seeking a highly detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist to join our accounting team. Whether you're looking for a full-time or part-time position, this role offers flexibility along with the opportunity to contribute to the operational success of one of Canada’s leading automotive groups.

In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the accuracy of our vehicle records and financial entries. Your responsibilities will support our dealership teams by ensuring that every transaction is processed precisely and in accordance with established procedures.

Please note: All training is conducted in person at our Nisku office. The position will begin as hybrid (a mix of in-office and remote work), with the potential to transition to fully remote based on performance and business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and complete data entry tickets through our internal system.
- Conduct vehicle lien checks and save vehicle history reports to designated folders.
- Post journal entries for inventory value and GST
- Retrieve stock numbers, input customer data, and save bills of sale accurately.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data entries and documentation.
- Follow established posting procedures and maintain compliance with internal timelines.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail - Precision in data entry is essential to avoid downstream issues in accounting or inventory.
- Basic computer proficiency - Comfortable using Dealer Management Systems (DMS), spreadsheets, and internal tools.
- Fast and accurate data entry - Able to manage a high volume of information without sacrificing quality.
- Process-oriented - Comfortable following structured procedures and workflows.
- Highly organized and self-motivated - Able to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks - Maintains focus and consistency with routine entries.
- Familiarity with dealership paperwork - Understanding of deal jackets, invoices, and vehicle sales documents is an asset.
- Discretion and professionalism - Able to handle sensitive financial and customer information with integrity.
- Dependability - Reliable attendance and accountability are essential to team operations.
