Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Master Data Entry Agent to join our client's finance team in Edmonton, AB. In this role you will be responsible for processing and maintaining accurate customer master data while supporting invoicing activities and data consistency across systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage high volumes of data, and effective collaboration with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Pay Rate: $ 23.00/hour Location: Edmonton, AB Shift: Monday to Friday | 40 hours/week (working in office) Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 2-month contract Here's why you should apply: Paid weekly accurate and on timeStrong health and safety programsMedical and dental benefits once qualifiedFree training programsNew and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: Process all internal inbound requests for new customer accounts and perform updates to existing accounts in accordance with divisional policiesEnsure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of customer master data across systemsSubmit invoices accurately and on time through various software platforms and portalsCollaborate with global peers to ensure data consistency and alignmentOwn and maintain training documentation and knowledge-transfer materials related to customer master dataCreate, update, and maintain documentation for new and enhanced data processesParticipate in additional duties, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma required; Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an asset1-3 years of experience in data entry, customer master data management, or a similar administrative roleExperience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is an assetProficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft OfficeAbility to perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracyStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a sense of urgencyAbility to prioritize and adapt to changing workloads and schedulesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to present complex information clearly and respond to inquiries across all organizational levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, using logic and reasoning to evaluate options and implement solutionsDemonstrated initiative with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyPositive attitude with flexibility to adapt to changeMu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Are you interested in this position?
