**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Assist with management of electronic document database.
- Assist with project specific accounts payables and accounts receivables.
- Coordinate the submission of relevant project documents as requested.
- Assist with the preparation of pre-construction qualifications, proposals and bid submissions.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, as requested.
- Attend internal coordination and project meetings as required/requested.
- Assist Project Management team as requested.
- Provide professional administrative support to the Leadership Team in a helpful, respectful, friendly and timely manner.
- Assist in coordinating meeting logistics, prepare agendas, meeting materials and meeting notes for actionable items and follow up.
- Coordination of schedules and travel itineraries.
- Additional duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction environment.
- Knowledge of Construction terminology.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and focus in a high paced environment.
- Works effectively in a team environment.
- Must have strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
