Our technical team works with our team of HRIS implementation consultants and with your expertise, you will ensure that the integration with our client’s systems is seamless

As a Consultant on our Technical Services Team, you will be in charge of:

- Strategic Consulting activities (Analysis, Change Management);
- Business process re-engineering and management;
- Identification and analysis of customer needs and the solutions that most suited to those needs and conducting Workshops with clients;
- Design, configure and deploy integration solutions involving our HR solutions;
- Analyze the feasibility to modify and / or create integration solutions and estimate efforts required to deploy integration solutions as well as profitability;
- Training activities such as designing and producing training materials and user guides, delivering trainings but also developing training strategies adapted to customer needs;
- Monitor and optimize the performance of existing integration solutions;
- Plan and coordinate tests and document the integration and support clients in the transition.
- Consultant on our Technical Services Team, you will need:

- Knowledge of SAP HCM solutions and basic understanding of Integration Technologies;
- Good understanding of RESTful API patterns;
- Basic knowledge of OData protocol is an asset;
- Knowledge on programming languages such as JavaScript, Groovy, XSLT is a plus;
- Exposure to Object Oriented design patterns.
