**We’re Looking for Someone Who Is**

Nous recherchons un(e) **Coordonnateur(trice) du Service à la Clientèle et des Ventes** motivé(e), organisé(e) et prêt(e) à offrir une expérience exceptionnelle à nos clients, de leur premier appel jusqu’à leur maison impeccable. **Vos responsabilités**
- Accueillir les appels et demandes entrantes avec chaleur et professionnalisme
- Aider les clients à planifier les services et répondre à leurs questions
- Assurer que nos équipes de nettoyage soient bien planifiées et soutenues
- Coordonner les horaires et les itinéraires pour maximiser l’efficacité
- Faire des suivis auprès des clients pour garantir leur satisfaction
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance et partager vos observations avec la direction
- Proposer des idées pour améliorer l’expérience client
- Gérer les demandes reçues via Google, Facebook, Instagram et courriel

- À l’aise avec les outils informatiques de base (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Proactif(ve) et prêt(e) à prendre des initiatives
- Expérience en service à la clientèle ou en vente (un atout, mais pas obligatoire - formation offerte)

**Lieu et horaire**
- Poste en présentiel à notre bureau de Laval
- Du lundi au vendredi - 8 h à 17 h
