MANA is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our growing team.

Job purpose
- The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for maintaining inventory of all spare parts, and ensuring that items are re-ordered as needed. They are responsible for completing cycle counts periodically to maintain organization of inventory and spare parts area.

Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure that all spare parts are accounted for and movements are tracked internally.
- Updating and maintaining Navision data base with new parts.
- Open Communication with vendors on lead and delivery times.
- Organization of the stock/spare parts areas.
- Continuous inventory levels tracking and parts location updates.
- Receiving inventory and parts, logging them into the system, and placing them in corresponding storage areas.
- Adjustment of spare parts inventory levels.
- General housekeeping of all inventory and parts storage areas.
- Coordination of shipments in and out of storage areas.
- Internal communication with various departments regarding inventory and parts requirements.
- Ensure compliance of vendor deliveries via review of parts specifications.
- Submit updated SDS information for all new chemicals, etc.
- Periodic cycle counts of inventory levels.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma
- 1-2 years’ experience inventory tracking
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to safety and effective operate a forklift
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with Navision or another ERP software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Manufacturing industry specific would be an asset.
