**The Role**:
Della Optique is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest **Optician**.

The Optician plays a critical role within solis optics and is crucial to our success by delivering world-class service to our customers. You'll often be the first point of contact with the public, so you must bring with you your passion for people and your drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This position is a **f**ull-time** role** working up to** 40**hours** per week, **Mondays to Saturdays**.

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Educating clients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle
- Assisting with selection of frames to suit your client’s aesthetic and performance needs
- Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
- Performing repairs and adjustments to customers' eyewear
- Contributing to store retail sales goals

**What Do You Bring?**
- Registered Optician in British Columbia
- Minimum one years’ experience in an optical environment
- Passionate about customer experience; a great communicator who can provide exceptional interactions with customers
- Committed to excelling as a member of a high performing team
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous retail experience an asset
