We are looking for a
SKILLED Construction Team Leader for foundation excavation/waterproofing and structural repairs.

The Construction Team Leader will have experience with the following:

- Read and interpret construction drawings.
- Shoring Techniques.
- Carpentry.
- Sump Pump Installation.
- Concrete Repairs and form work.

The following duties are required:

- Ensure that employees and subcontractors comply with health and safety standards and practices.
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with the client and staff.
- Supervise and assist other team members in the completion of tasks by providing training, on-the-job assistance, and regular feedback.
- Strong communication skills.

Full time employment with competitive pay in relation to work experience.

Primary duties will be construction work that will include other heavier general labour work that requires weight lifting up to 50 lbs.

Must possess a clean valid G Drivers License and able to operate a Ford 550 dump truck.

Work hours will be 6:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday

CSA footwear is required, other safety gear will be provided on site.

- Day shift

- Ottawa, ON K2G 0A7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- construction: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
