I am currently seeking an individual who possesses the following qualifications:
1. **Vehicle Requirement**: A personal vehicle is essential as you will be responsible for driving from one house to another with your team.

2. **Keen Attention to Detail**: A high level of precision and thoroughness is expected.

3. **Effective Leadership Skills**: The ability to manage personnel efficiently is a vital aspect of this role.

4. **Reliability**: This position is ideally suited for individuals who are willing to invest significant effort.

5. **Physical Stamina**: The role involves substantial physical demands, including extensive movement and bending. Please consider this when expressing your interest.

6. **Punctuality**: Timeliness is of utmost importance to us.

7. **Adaptability and Willingness to Follow Directions**: We have established protocols and methods that must be adhered to.

Working hours typically span from 8:00 AM to approximately 4:30-5:00 PM. As part of a three-person cleaning team, you will be responsible for cleaning 4-5 houses per day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $180.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
