OES Inc. is looking for an Inside Sales Manager. We are a fast-growing company based in London, ON. We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to join our team. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible building strong relationships with all direct customers, dealer reps and satellite offices globally while actively contributing to monthly and yearly revenue targets.

The Inside Sales Coordinator supports and assists outside representatives and business developers to achieve profitable growth in their defined territory. The Inside Sales Coordinator works closely with sales, marketing, production, and service tech team to maintain an understanding of the evolving market.

**Customer Sales and Support**:

- Work with the Business Development Representatives and other members of the Technologies Division team to ensure dealer rep and direct sale quotes are up to date through the creation of open quotation reports and updating individual quotes based on inquiries, responses/follow-ups.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, etc. for BDRs, dealer reps and OES direct sales representatives.
- Actively prospect existing assigned customer base for further sales penetration opportunities to achieve sales target.
- Create and update customer quotes in a timely manner based on established guidelines.
- Reach personal and team sales targets and profitability through the implementation of sales strategy.
- Seek input and feedback from multiple internal resources to complete any non-standard components in quote.
- Co-ordinate supporting documents for sales opportunities.
- Co-ordinate shipping quotes for sales opportunities with the logistics and production teams.
- Communicate product requirement trends to ensure business objectives remain aligned with market conditions.
- Build new and existing relationships with potential customers.
- Act as the liaison between customer and OES’s internal departments including service, engineering, and production as required.
- Maintain consistent and accurate records.
- Responsible for providing sales pipeline and forecast reports as requested by the Manager or Direct Supervisor, Technologies.
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned dealer reps and direct customers.
- Work directly with assigned dealer reps, BDMs, and OEMs to better understand local market conditions and facilitate required support to ensure proper communication of OES’s products and services.
- Assist with setting and monitoring of sales targets and objectives for assigned accounts.
- Responsible for assisting Administration and Finance teams with the collection of receivables when requested.
- Responsible for supplying quarterly forecast to update purchasing demand.

**Order Processing**:

- Review new orders and validate critical details such as pricing and terms between PO and OES quote. Submit verified orders to contract review.
- Follow-up with production on delivery schedule and manage customer communications to set correct expectations both internally and externally.
- Amend orders if required and communicate changes on shipping schedule to customers.
- Collaborate with Shipping/Logistics Coordinator regarding any specific customer shipping instructions, such as packaging requirement, certificates of conformance, certificates of origin, etc.
- Create / communicate order acknowledgements and shipping information to the customer.
- Create new customer profiles and keep up to date.
- Create a weekly report outlining any changes to order schedules or warnings for orders that may not meet on time delivery and explanation of cause.
- Monitor and distribute incoming sales leads from the externals source (website, tradeshows, etc.)
- Keep customers up to date, deliver bad news as early as possible.

**Provide Sales administrative support**:

- Research and identify new business leads using various sources and maintain continuous follow up.
- Support sales team by referring outside customers through appropriate channels; share information about leads; provide coverage for other sales representative’s as required; and assist with training when necessary.
- Provide support in the preparation of proposal packages for large projects.
- Administer CRM and keep updated data.
- Work with the marketing department by providing information about Technologies division updates when applicable.
- Assist Manager or Direct Supervisor, Technologies in creating, updating, and maintaining product documentation, manuals, marketing materials, price lists, work instructions, and other related documents.
- Attend and participate in weekly team meetings at OES head office.
- Support and delegate administrative tasks that support efficient processing of purchase orders on behalf of OES and the customer.
- Work within the direction of the Global BDM to support ongoing and emerging sales objectives.
- Other related duties as assigned and communicated by the Manager
