EXP is seeking a creative, passionate, and driven Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to join our dynamic regional team. Your talent and participation would be valued and help move the firm forward with business development opportunities and marketing materials. You would be based in our Markham, ON office, with a hybrid working from home model, collaborating with our regional marketing teams across North America.

**What you can expect to achieve**:

- Conduct/support market research to identify opportunities daily
- Maintain the BD Opportunities Inbox
- Track and maintain opportunities
- Develop, maintain and contribute to a variety of business development related activities, including but not limited to: boilerplate content, resumes, project sheets, proposals, presentations and other marketing materials, as necessary
- Brand ambassador of EXP - ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and design consistency.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to obtain/exchange information
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal teams at all levels

**What you bring to the team**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or journalism is preferred
- 1-4 years of experience in marketing, business development and/or market research, preferable in the AEC industry
- Advanced knowledge MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with SharePoint, Deltek, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop) is an asset
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Persistent, enthusiastic and driven
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, and strong attention to detail
