**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and triage issues with appliances, determining the appropriate repair solutions.
- Perform repairs on appliances including fridges, freezers, stoves, ovens, washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers.
- Pick up and install appliances at customer locations.
- Drive a company-provided vehicle to service calls, pick up appliances, and transport equipment.
- Fuel and maintain the service vehicle.
- Handle heavy lifting when transporting and installing appliances.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical details and providing updates on repairs.
- Collect payments from customers and provide receipts as necessary.
- Coordinate with tech support when additional guidance is needed for complex repairs.
- Maintain a clean driving record and a professional appearance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Clean driving record.
- Clean criminal record.
- Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical explanations to clients.
- Experience handling payments and customer transactions.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow schedules and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
