**Part-Time / Full-time Appliance Service Technician - Contract/Commission-Based**

Quality Appliances Repair, an authorized repair service for home appliance manufacturers, is currently seeking Part-Time Appliance Service Technicians to join our team in Thunder Bay, ON. This position offers flexibility in working hours and provides an opportunity to grow with our organization. We are particularly in need of Sealed Systems Technicians to join us urgently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform in-home repairs of major home appliances such as washers, dryers, stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, and more.
- Deliver timely and high-quality repairs while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Utilize the latest software for dispatching and routing of service calls.

**Requirements**:

- Driver's license (mandatory)
- Own car (mandatory)
- Own tools (mandatory)
- G2 gas technician (advantage)
- Able to pass full background screening (mandatory)
- Appliance service experience (mandatory)
- Proficient in spoken, written, and reading English
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work long days and flexible hours
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, stand, sit, and lift equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Technical aptitude or a strong desire to learn
- Ability to lift 50 lbs daily and occasionally maneuver up to 250 lbs
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to industry changes
- Willingness to continually pursue education to meet industry demands

**Compensation**:
The earning potential for our technicians ranges from $1000 to $1600 per week, depending on work experience and skills.
