Project Services Manager

We’re on the lookout for a Project Services Manager who’s ready to take charge of a high-performing team and drive results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative settings, knows how to get the best out of people, and has experience steering complex projects from concept to completion.

**Responsibilities**
- Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team of project professionals - including coordinators, estimators, drafters, and managers
- Owning the flow of operations and ensuring smooth, efficient project execution from start to finish
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients - providing regular updates, managing expectations, and fostering long-term trust
- Overseeing estimates, quotes, invoicing, and administrative tasks with a sharp focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Identifying gaps, improving processes, and ensuring your team is aligned with client goals and service standards
- Collaborating with sales, production, and support departments to deliver a seamless customer journey
- Making sure no detail is missed, while always keeping the big picture in view
- **Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a project-driven environment
- 5-7 years in manufacturing or construction project management is a major plus
- A confident, decisive approach to team leadership and problem-solving
- AutoCAD experience is an asset
- Top-tier communication skills - written, spoken, and everything in between
- Strong organizational chops and the ability to juggle multiple priorities like a pro
- Proficiency in software tools; experience with SAP is a bonus but not a must
- Ability to generate, analyze, and act on reports and data
