We have an exciting new opportunity for a Regional Clinic Operations Manager
The Regional Clinic Operations Manager provides leadership to a portfolio encompassing 5-8 medical clinics, which include specialist programs, diagnostic services partners, and partner pharmacies. The Regional Clinic Operations Manager will work collaboratively with the MCI Medical Clinics’ Director of Clinic Operations and direct reports by ensuring quality and risk management, financial and utilization management, planning, infection control, patient safety, and clinical practice.
Key leadership initiatives:
- Collaborate with the regional MCI Medical Clinics Clinic Manager team, Physicians, Staff, and Partners to lead, plan, and deliver healthcare services focused on improved patient experience
- Develop and implement clinic policies and standard operating procedures
- Support and coach clinic managers in the development and implementation of best practices, business development, and day-to-day operations of their clinics
- Pursue new business opportunities in support of better healthcare for patients
- Support the organization in achieving key milestones that drive a high-performing, caring, and innovative patient-focused culture
- Advance an evolving strategic plan by implementing a vision that enhances clinical excellence, supports teamwork and collaborative/integrated care
- Facilitate and strengthen MCI Medical Clinics' relationship with its partners to improve access, flow, and coordination services
- Implement effective strategies aligned with organizational priorities that complement the operational plan
- Ensure appropriate workforce planning to support patient flow requirements
- Assist with Physician recruitment for MCI The Doctors Office clinics
- Accountable for achievement of the annual P&L revenue and EBITDA targets
- Work with Clinic Managers to ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
- Oversee clinics when managers are on leave as needed
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health, Public Health, and Occupational Health & Safety Act regulations
- Accountable for achievement of the annual P&L revenue and EBITDA targets
- Maintaining salaries and wages between 15-18% of monthly revenue
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years experience in a similar complex healthcare environment.
- Track record of leading staff and physician engagement, system integration, and clinical transformation
- Expert in EMR software, Accuro is considered an asset.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Travel is required
