**Overview**

This role requires excellent leadership skills, a solid understanding of medical terminology, and proficiency in managing electronic medical records. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, budgeting, restocking medical equipment, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise clinic staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Manage budgeting processes to optimize clinic resources and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of electronic medical records systems, including ACCURO.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards within the clinic.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient services and outcomes.
- Handle human resources functions including training and performance evaluations.
- Tactical flexibility and initiative to find and resolve problems.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a dental office, hospital, or medical office setting is required.
- Familiarity with acute care environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic medical records management is essential.
- Ability to do marketing is an asset.
- Due to patient demographics, knowledge of Mandarin is an asset but not strictly required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with staff and patients.

Pay: $60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
