T&T Seeds is at the starting line of gardens in Canada and has been since 1946 providing a robust and diversified selection of flower and vegetable seeds, seedling fruit and non-fruit trees, shrubs, perennial bulbs, plants, nutrients and gardening supplies. Our proprietary production processes and tailored fulfillment operations, combined with our expertise in gardening and customer care aim to help our customers thrive.

Serving Canadians, coast to coast with our online, phone and local garden center sales channels, we focus on gardeners of all sizes with an expertise in supplying and supporting small to midsize gardens and farms. Whether a garden is for supplying families, grocers, communities or manufacturers we are there.

**THE POSITION**
The Customer Service & Fulfillment Manager will lead, manage and be accountable for the day-to-day operations of our customer service and fulfillment teams. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about exceeding customers’ expectations, a ‘roll up their sleeves to get the job done’ attitude, as well as driving business growth. **RESPONSIBILITIES**

■ Manage daily customer service and fulfillment operations, including managing support workflows, handling escalations, processing orders, coordinating shipping logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.

■ Plan, recruit, select, and train for A-players on your team.

■ Lead, develop, and work alongside your call center and fulfillment team members to achieve targets.

■ Generate and implement innovative ideas to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and save time.

■ Supervise order processing and shipping logistics to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

■ Track key performance metrics and complete quarterly priorities.

**REQUIREMENTS**

■ You share our Core Values.

■ 3+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the horticulture, agriculture, or consumer goods industry.

■ Possess strong technical proficiency with computers, phones, and software, including the ability to navigate, troubleshoot, and optimize the use of various digital tools and platforms to support daily operations.

■ Demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, excellent organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.

■ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, think strategically, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

■ Passion for gardening and knowledge of seeds, rootstock and plants.

■ Must love our office dogs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
