**About Us**
**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Seeking out and establishing relationships with multiple departments in our clients' organizations to identify more opportunities to work together
- Perform daily new calls and follow up conversations with clients to qualify and move opportunities through to the completion of the sales cycle to meet or exceed sales targets and defined KPIs
- Attend networking events/trade shows when necessary and coordinate follow-up with potential clients after the events
- Establish and maintain a high level of client satisfaction focused on communicating and serving clients with King’s core values in mind
- Fill our 5-day online board with Plumbing, and Septic services and follow up with Dispatch and Customer Service Representative to ensure schedules ability to perform these visits
- Continually update and communicate sales information and interactions with clients into the appropriate database making sure all notes are precise and with purpose, and provide reports to management
- Forward any client issues that arise to the appropriate managers for immediate action and complete appropriate documentation
- Work collaboratively with the entire team to ensure effective communication and execute strategies to secure and close new business while providing our customers with the best experience possible
- Perform other duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Post-Secondary Diploma or degree is an asset
- Previous experience in a phone customer service roles
- 1+ years of experience in business service sales prefered
- Highly organized with the abilities to prioritize and execute daily tasks and urgent matters, and to work with little or no supervision
- Must be proficient at working with Microsoft Word and Excel. Customs software is an asset
- Excellent telephone manner, verbal and written communication skills, and strong negotiation skills with the internal drive to succeed
- Ability to respond to a variety of requests and provide solutions with sensitivity toward clients' challenges
- Own transportation as there is no bus service to our site
**Working Conditions**
- Making and receiving dozens of calls per day
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
