**What you are about**:
We’re looking for a unicorn - someone who is obsessed with creating value for clients and customers, has a proven track record of designing and developing great content-based experiences in digital & social marketing, and who loves working with great people in a fast-paced and highly rewarding environment.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Previous reception, front of house or concierge experience
- Previous medical assisting experience
- Previous experience in the Medical Aesthetician Industry (bonus)
- Proficiency in Windows Office, Windows Publisher and EMR
- Retail Experience (beneficial)
- Outstanding communication and client rapport (required)
- Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
- Strong Administrative skills
- Experience designing and executing key social media marketing campaigns
- Maintaining and creating a social media content schedule
- Creating and launching all social media content
- Interacting with comments and DMs on social channels
- Creates and edits content for web and social (primarily photo and video)
- Assists in the tracking of results from CRM initiatives and compiling reports on performance and recommended optimizations
- Outgoing and welcoming persona

**Qualifications Include**:

- 2-3 years of similar experience in a consumer-driven marketing environment is preferred - digital experience is a must
- Experience with graphic design
- Must have proficiency with Adobe Suite
- Extensive knowledge and experience with social media platforms and the ability to drive initiatives through them
- Exceptional content writing skills
- Exceptional videography & video editing using smartphone
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Strong general computer skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work successfully both independently and within a team dynamic
- Creative thinker with a drive for measured results
- Self-starter and the ability to drive initiatives without constant direction
- Experience with Deluge, HTML and other coding languages is a strong asset
