**Position: Treatment Coordinator**

**Location**: Aurora
**Type**: Part-Time (3 days)

**What You’ll Do**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their treatment plans, ensuring they fully understand procedures, options, and financial arrangements.
- Present treatment plans and explain associated costs, insurance coverage, and payment options clearly and empathetically.
- Collaborate with the dental team to schedule treatments efficiently, ensuring patient and office needs are met.
- Verify insurance benefits, submit pre-authorizations, and follow up on claims to maximize coverage for patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring treatment notes, financial agreements, and insurance details are up-to-date.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
- Educate patients on the value and benefits of recommended treatments to support their oral health goals.
- Monitor and follow up on unscheduled treatment plans to encourage patient commitment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or similar role in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and compassionately.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with patients, encouraging treatment acceptance.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
