We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the Loondocks team in south-east Burlington (near Oakville). Full time at $24/hr plus tips (you can expect around $2/hr extra in tips).

Your job will include from-scratch prep work for our exciting fine dining menu, supervising junior cooks, and on-line service execution on a variety of stations depending on the day (apps, pans or grill). The head chef and sous chef are also hands-on in the kitchen and will often work side by side with you during prep and line service. Your job schedule will include lunch and / or dinner shifts, 5 days a week.

Your expertise should include a solid foundation of culinary skills, good organizational skills, multi tasking abilities, and a very high standard for cleanliness.
