We are thrilled to introduce an innovative restaurant concept, and we are currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in delivering extraordinary culinary experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute culinary preparations as assigned by the Sous Chef or Executive Chef, ensuring the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation in our new restaurant concept.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow during food preparation and service, contributing to the success of our fresh culinary vision.
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment reflective of our innovative concept.
- Bring your creative flair to the table by actively participating in menu development, contributing fresh ideas that elevate the overall dining experience.
- Support and mentor junior kitchen staff to foster a positive and collaborative work environment in our unique restaurant setting.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a upscale restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
