Juillet Cafe is looking for a dynamic **Marketing & Social Media Coordinator** to be the creative force behind our brand, both online and in our community If you love crafting a great marketing plan as much as you love a perfect latte, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

This role is for someone who can effortlessly blend creative content with smart strategy, helping us tell our story, grow our community, and bring our incredible cafe experience to life.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Social Media & Content Wizardry**: You'll be the master behind the lens, capturing our delicious pastries, perfectly poured lattes, and cozy cafe vibes. You'll craft eye-catching posts, stories, and Reels for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook that make people's mouths water.
- **Strategic Visionary**: You’ll help develop our overall marketing strategy, keeping a keen eye on the latest trends and our performance analytics. You’ll use what you learn to make our marketing efforts even better, ensuring every campaign is a success.
- **Community Captain**: You'll be the friendly face of Juillet Cafe online and in the local community. This means chatting with our followers, responding to comments and DMs, and building genuine relationships with local influencers and businesses.

**Who You Are**:

- You're a marketing and social media pro with a proven track record.
- You're a creative storyteller with an eye for compelling visuals.
- You're comfortable with marketing analytics and using data to inform decisions.
- You’re a great writer with a fun, engaging voice.
- You’re a self-starter who is organized and loves working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
