We are a locally owned business in the furniture retail industry seeking a Social Media Marketing Coordinator for our Company. We currently cater to our client's needs through our four retail stores Located In Greater Vancouver Area. We also have an e-commerce store & ship within canada.
- Has a flair for design and design trend - some artistic skills to create eye-catching content
- Has experience with compelling sales & marketing messaging
- Has excellent writing skills and experience with writing web content
- Has produced web content, videos and other marketing collateral in the past
- Takes initiative to get the job done - is proactive and self-directed
- Is a fantastic communicator, both with the internal team and external clients
- Comfortable in front of the camera
- Previous experience in a relevant field is required

Position Description:

- Overseeing Multiple social accounts writing engaging captions and creating attractive feeds
- Create and post engaging content/videos, scheduling and monitoring editorial content across all our social channels
- Responding to fans' questions and Dm's in Timely manner to ensure and maintain positive presence
- Fluent in all major social Platforms algorithms; Facebook(including pages and groups), Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, TikTok, and Mailchimp.
- Develop strong knowledge of the company’s products
- Liaison, networking and logistics with multidisciplinary teams
- Reaching out to influencers and affiliates

- Proven excellent English proficiency - written, reading comprehension and verbal communication skills
- High standards of professionalism, confidentiality and best practices
- Project management, organizational skills, working to timelines, attention to detail
- Reliable and able to support daily onsite responsibilities
- Self-motivated
- Work effectively with diverse individuals across management levels, internally and externally
- Ability and eligibility to travel internationally
- Knowledge of Adobe CC (mainly Photoshop, Indesign, Premiere, After Effect, Canva)
- Proficiency in the following is an asset - Photoshop, InDesign, Google Analytics, Shopify)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
