Halifax, Canada City Centre Property Management Full time

City Centre Property Management is a distinguished and reputable Halifax-based property management company with buildings located in Halifax, Bedford and Sackville areas currently seeking a dynamic live-in Resident Manager. This position is well suited for an individual who has excellent people and time management skills to run the day-to-day operations of one of our buildings. We are currently hiring for our Bedford Locations.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Always conduct themselves in a friendly and professional manner
- Performing ongoing building maintenance and cleaning
- Cleaning all common areas on a daily, weekly, monthly cleaning schedule including but not limited to the lobby, elevators, mailroom, and garbage room areas
- Receive and promptly address residents' concerns
- Show vacant apartments to prospective residents
- Meet with new tenants to arrange move-in dates; familiarize tenants with the building
- Complete Unit Inspection reports for tenants moving into/out of the building
- Carry out various administrative duties/paperwork
- serve correspondence, collect rent etc.
- Work with contractors to complete necessary work/repairs with mínimal disruption to our tenants
- Follow an on-call schedule on specified evenings and weekends.
- Other duties as assigned

**Salary**: $25,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
