**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist project managers in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including but not limited to drawing packages, purchase orders, invoices, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Utilize construction management software and set up project budgets in ERP to track project progress and manage documentation.
- Facilitate communication between project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including meeting notes and action items.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing updates as necessary to stakeholders.
- Support the team in the use of tools like Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
- Assist with preparation of project bids as needed.
- Join monthly review of costs against budget with project managers in preparation for WIP review.
- Provide support to project managers in reviewing job detail: job costs, billings, status of purchase orders
- Participate in monthly project forecasting process & WIP review meetings (cost/margin at completion)
- Provide adhoc deep dive/project analysis for operational and finance purposes
- Manage timely billing and assist in compiling support documents for clients
- Coordinate with site administration to support workflows
- Support in the procurement process by liaising with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project coordination and/or accounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with the ability to work with interna; and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Financial acumen, with the ability to connect what is happening operationally to the financial status of the project
- Deep understanding of Construction ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in or a basic understanding of industrial ventilation systems or HVAC is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $58,929.69-$75,000.00 per year
