**The Opportunity**

**What you will be doing**
- In collaboration with the Manager, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, gather and coordinate requirements to support new and existing licensing
- Assist with activities that support policy research and updates
- Monitor the company-wide Policy Review Plan to establish and maintain policy lifecycle.
- Provide administrative and technical support for policy programs
- Gather and monitor data to synthesize information and establish insights using dashboards and other analytical tools
- Support Resident Experience Team in project planning and tasking

**What we’re looking for**
- You have a Bachelor's degree level and/or a relevant professional designation
- Some experience in Retirement and/or Long-Term Care, or Health Care (clinical and administration management) will put you at the top of the list
- You are comfortable working with complex policy documents and procedures produced in public/private sectors
- Superior oral and written communication, and presentation skills to effectively communicate requirements, and present information to a range of stakeholders, including the Community, Regional and Senior Leadership teams
