Job Title: Operation Coordinator / Executive Assistant

Company Information:
First Catch Fisheries Co. Ltd. was established in August 2016, located at the Halifax Stanfield International Airport. The company mainly engages in the export business of high-quality seafood products. In March 2021, First Catch Fisheries Co. Ltd. was named Export Business of the Year at the 2021 Halifax Business Awards.

**Job Description**:
1. Establish cargo flight schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with suppliers, freight forwarder, Halifax airport & other relative companies;
2. Act as liaison between our company, business partners, suppliers, customers & government officials to resolve any issues that may arise;
3. Arrange for maintenance & repair work for the warehouse equipment and ensure smooth operation of the cargo build team;
4. Resolve any work-related problems for the company and prepare and submit progress and reports to the General Manager.

Qualifications:
1. Good communication skills, able to communicate in both English and Chinese;
2. Flexible hours, sometimes weekend/evening work required;
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
4. Students majoring in Trades/Aquaculture/Marketing are preferred;
5. Customer service experience is a plus;

**Salary**: $14.05-$25.00 per hour

- Halifax, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
