Every person is unique, but we all have something in common: the need for safe, clean water. And it’s only by bringing together people with diverse ideas, perspectives, and backgrounds that we can solve the complex water problems of our changing world.
At **Trojan Technologies**, we believe success for all comes from the contributions of every single one of us. That’s why we foster an environment where every associate has a voice, is valued and respected, and feels safe sharing their thoughts. After all, sharing our different viewpoints and experiences is what enables us to find creative and innovative ways to accomplish our shared goals.
Trojan is proud to be bringing water and environmental businesses together under the unified purpose of safeguarding the world’s most vital natural resources. Want to ensure the world has the clean water it needs? Then become part of the team that’s making it happen.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with key accounts to ensure brand and project success, in order to meet annual system booking targets.
- Provide regular updates, respond to key accounts inquiries, and address any key accounts concerns in a timely manner.
- Develop a playbook/standard work for key account management.
- Develop relationships with Major Integrators; prospecting, and sourcing new, early-stage leads to begin working through the sales process.
- Develop news business by identifying and contacting potential clients through networking and marketing methods, forming a go-to-market strategy to ensure execution.
- Develop new sales areas and markets with major engineering firms.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and the inside sales team to meet North American targets.
Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:
- 10+ years of water-treatment-related experience or a Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- 10+ years of sales or channel management experience
- Legally able and desire to travel as required within North America
- Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions
When you join us, you’ll also be joining Danaher’s global organization, where 80,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win. As an associate, you’ll try new things, work hard, and advance your skills with guidance from dedicated leaders, all with the support of powerful **Danaher Business System** tools and the stability of a tested organization.
At Danaher, we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences, both visible and not, found in our workforce, workplace and throughout the markets we serve. Our associates, customers and shareholders contribute unique and different perspectives as a result of these diverse attributes.
If you’ve ever wondered what’s within you, there’s no better time to find out.
