Business Development Associate

Nameta North America Corp. is a family owned and operated company based in London, Ontario. We specialize in product design and development, marketing, and distribution, working with partners on a global scale.
**Responsibilities**
- Prospect for new customer relationships through research, networking, and outreach efforts
- Secure qualified meetings with key-decision makers of new customers
- Create and implement overall plan to initiate conversations with new customers
- Lead preparation of sales presentation to new and existing customers
- Attend sales calls with senior leadership
- Act as the primary point of contact for new customers, addressing inquiries, communicating new products and ensuring a strong relationship
- Lead online sales and marketing initiatives with support of internal team
- Lead sales components of future projects of the Company
**S**kills and Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in marketing, sales, business management or similar
- This position would be well suited to a new graduate with strong ambitions to contribute and grow within a team
- Confident with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Prior social media marketing experience is an asset
**Other**:
Compensation includes a variable component tied to performance and is reviewed on an annual basis.
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, ON N6M 1A8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
