**Uzor Windows & Doors is one of South Western Ontario’s leading manufacturers of commercial and residential fenestration products. We are a fast growing company looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team.**

We are currently looking for a Full-time Area Sales Manager

Minimum 2 years of sound knowledge of the window and door industry.

We offer a generous commission pay.

**Job Duties**:

- Target and acquire new business
- Submit quotations and contracts
- Identify the decision makers and key stakeholders within prospective organizations
- Utilize your superior telephone sales skills to prospect for potential customers
- Conduct face to face sales presentations
- Utilize CRM database to record client information
- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
- Utilize technical sales support to solve customer challenges

**Job Requirements**:

- A post secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing or Construction
- Previous experience in sales or in a similar role is an asset
- Experienced and confident in cold calling and telephone marketing
- Microsoft Office skills with experience using MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
- Proven sales ability; strong qualifying and prospecting skills for potential sales
- Excels in a fast-paced work environment
- Highly organized, a self-starter with good time management skills
- Willing to learn, work with mínimal supervision, and resilient when facing challenges
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Valid driver’s license.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
