Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and Hotel Supervisor to oversee our Hotel needs. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of Hotel operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial performance
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs to optimize efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely preparationof rooms for guest arrival
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the guest experience

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of tousirm regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Proven experience in Hotel management, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Solid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and cost control
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
