**ASCO Restoration Services Inc.** is looking for a **Work Hard** Supervisor **to join our team in Hawkesbury, ON**

The basic function of the Site Supervisor / Working Foreman is to provide overall onsite leadership, management and direction of the construction projects assigned to him/her and to enforces company and project policies to successfully deliver all projects, safely, in accordance to plans and specifications and within the promised budgets and timelines. The Site Supervisor / Working Foreman will be required to act as a working foreman in the function of his/her duties.

**Requirements**:
**Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.**
- Requires a minimum of ten 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor and/or Project Manager for a construction / renovation or restoration company.
- Have expert knowledge in various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings and other construction / technical documents.

**Responsibilities**:
**Coordinate and supervise the activities of construction personnel such as laborers, carpenters, electricians, etc.**
- Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards in quality, quantity, and budgeted for by the client.
- Inspect work sites during the course of day to ensure that they meet project requirements and contract specifications.
- Report any issues or problems to management immediately.
- Maintain on-site equipment such as power tools, saws, etc. and make necessary repairs timely.
